Tatweer Misr Tatweer Misr is the executing company as it has pumped 28 billion pounds for the execution of residential units within the project and has been allocated 5 billion pounds for educational buildings. Tatweer Misr was founded in 2015, where it was established by a businessmen elite in Egypt: Dr. Ahmed Shalabi, Ashraf Arafa, Hamada Dawood, Sami Zaytoun, Samir Aref, and finally the private consultant of the Ministry of Housing, the company invested 55 billion Egyptian pounds in three residential projects in different places.
