Il Mondo New Capital Egypt is an urban development project in Cairo, Egypt, that seeks to create a new metropolitan area and a sustainable international business district. The project will include residential, commercial, office, and leisure spaces, connected by a comprehensive transportation system.

The project is estimated to cost $45 billion, and is slated to be completed in three to five phases. Upon completion, Il Mondo New Capital Egypt is expected to become a major economic hub in the region, with the potential to attract foreign direct investment from around the world.
