Obsidier Tower New Capital Egypt is an ambitious and futuristic skyscraper currently under construction in the new administrative capital of Egypt. The $300 million project will be developed by Egyptian real estate developer Al Ahly Sabbour, and the tower’s construction is expected to be completed by 2022. Obsidier Tower will span an area of 101,000 square meters and is expected to reach a height of 385 meters above the ground.
