The tower's location in the New Administrative Capital is an added bonus, as the city has been designed to be a hub of business, commerce, and entertainment. The Obsidier Tower will offer its residents and guests an uninterrupted view of the city skyline, with the added benefit of a fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool, and a spa.
