Office for Sale in Obsidier Tower - New Capital By Dubai Development

Obsidier Tower New Capital is a planned city in Egypt which will be the new capital of the country. The project was announced in 2017 by the then President Sisi, as part of his government’s efforts to make the nation economically competitive and improve its infrastructure. The new capital is planned to be built over an area of 700 square kilometers in East Cairo. It is expected to have homes for 5 million people, government offices, airports and industrial zones.

The city will boast a variety of modern amenities, such as hospitals, educational institutions, shopping malls, sports clubs, and cultural centers. It will also feature a central business district with multiple financial institutions. Additionally, the city will have extensive green spaces and be powered by renewable energy sources.

The project is estimated to cost between $45 billion and $60 billion and is expected to be completed by 2022. The Egyptian government has launched a campaign to attract investors from abroad to fund the project.
