V40 The project is located on a total area of 40 acres, of which 20 acres are for residential villas, including 72 villas built on a building footprint of 10,000 square meters, or 12.5%, and the rest of the area is 87.5% for green spaces, landscapes, water bodies, and crystal lakes that surround all aspects of the project.
